Refund Policy

Billbreaker has a simple refund policy. However, if you find any aspect of this policy confusing, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to answer your questions. Please ensure you choose your Billbreaker service carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you:

  • change your mind once you have ordered the service
  • make an incorrect decision about your service
  • have rare call types of services which we can not readily compare
  • would like to compare a specific plan and find that it is not in our database

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where our service:

  • does not get provided to you within 20 business days of your order
  • does not provide all the elements described on our web site
  • is different to a sample shown on our web site
  • is proven by you to be inaccurate
  • does not substantially make the comparisons you have expected.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Contact us on enquiry@billbreaker.com.au and please put the words “REFUND” in the subject heading. You can of course contact us via any other method of contact as listed on our web site.
