Delivery Policy

Billbreaker will deliver its acknowledge of an account being created, and your reports being ready for access via email. Emails will be sent to any valid email address as provided by you in the account set up area. We can also deliver reports internationally.

Our reports are accessed by logging into our website. You will need web access for this and our web site has only been optimized to work with the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7 and above, Safari (including iPhone version), Firefox.

Whilst all care is taken when compiling and advising of our reports to you, should anything not be working or display incorrect information please advise us within 4 working days of receipt of your reports to discuss your situation.

We endeavour to have all orders completed within 6 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. There may be instances when these timeframes are exceeded due to system limitations and work capacity.
